2008-2009 - Student Directory Information and Order Form

Dear Parents:

Courreges PTA is preparing a telephone directory and we would like your permission to include your child's address and telephone number.  The directory will include a staff roster along with a current class list of phone numbers and addresses.

Many parents and students have found this directory to be a very helpful tool.  Your children will be meeting new friends and you will want to have their phone numbers available.  Also, if your child is ill, or forgets an assignment, your child can contact a classmate.

All students will be included in the directory under the class list, however, we need your permission to print your child's address and phone number in the directory.  We encourage you to purchase a directory, but even if you don't, please let us include your child's address and phone number by returning the bottom portion of this letter.

Each directory will cost $2.50. Some parents find it helpful to order more than one copy.

We will be collecting directory information, and if you also choose to buy a directory from September 3-26, 2008.
