Corporate Matching Gifts:

An Opportunity that should not be missed

 

Please don’t let this opportunity go by.  Many employers have some sort of Matching Gift program whereby they will match their employee’s contribution to charitable organizations.  Our PTA sponsored programs have received thousands of extra dollars in funding from parents who are aware of and take advantage of this program.

 

Please take a moment to examine the attached.  If you or your spouse work for any of the companies listed, there is a great chance that you can double your contribution to the Courreges Jogathon. It is a very easy process:

 

·       Simply contact your H.R. Dept. to obtain the matching gift form.

·       Fill out your portion completely.

·       Return the form with your check made out to COURREGES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL unless otherwise indicated. (See attached.) in your child’s pledge envelope.

·       We will fill out our portion of the form and send it in.

·       Your check will be processed as a regular pledge but your child will receive credit for the matching funds at the time we receive your completed form.

·       Your company will mail the check directly to our school.

 

It is so easy to make a big difference,

but you have to take the initiative.
