Courreges PTA President

Courreges Parents,

Welcome to the start of the 2010-2011 school year. We are very excited about the
coming year and the endless opportunities to help our children succeed. My name is Kaz Augustus; I will be serving as your PTA President for this school year. I have fourchildren, one at Fountain Valley High School, one at Fulton Middle School and two at Courreges.

One of the things that makes our school so special is our very strong PTA and parent involvement. I encourage everyone to look around and sign up to help wherever you can. We can use as much help as you have time to give, nothing is too small. There will be sign-ups at the Back-to-School Tea this Thursday morning. There are multiple committees that are in need of extra help. Take the opportunity to get involved and enrich your child’s education. I would also encourage you to join the PTA. It's simple, quick and a great way to support your children.

This year the PTA will be relying heavily on e-mail to communicate information and
much less on printed material. When you join the PTA, be sure to list your e-mail
address so that we can keep you up to date on all the exciting things happening at our school.
